igxglobal provides ongoing 24/7/265 tracking of the system's availability, health and functionality.
igxglobal monitors devices and servers for availability, health and functionality with one or more of the following approaches and will notify your on-call resource of outage or fault. System Administration of the tools and services in the areas of version tracking, security patch updates, functionality updates. igxglobal will identify a standard for all devices to be managed and implement that standard as a default. If there are exceptions then those exceptions need to be noted and documented.
- Security Patch Update - igxglobal will automatically schedule implementation of security patches during a weekly specified change management window on all systems unless otherwise noted by the clients. Functionality changes will be implemented on a per request basis.
- igxglobal will provide our clients unlimited change management services. Change management will include a request for policy changes on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis at the time of the client's choosing. igxglobal will implement changes and offer support for verification of implemented changes on an immediate or call-back basis.
